During seven years of work in IT, Krystian gained comprehensive experience in entire software development cycle. He worked as programmer, system administrator, technical support staff, ScrumMaster, tester and Test Manager. Therefore he has much broader, from different angle view on software and development cycle and easily finds common understanding with both technical staff and stakeholders.

First international project in Sweden was a milestone in Krystian’s carrier. Then his has found himself gifted with software testing. Following planned test activities and Test Cases execution soon was not enough, he decided learn more. He had started reading books, articles about testing and passed ISEB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) exam. After 3 years from the beginning of ‘testing adventure’ Krystian was working on position of Test Manager for one of the biggest telecommunication companies. Knowledge and experience gained during these years has allowed to get ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level - Test Manager certificate in 2010.

Encounter with Scrum framework resulted in interest in Quality Assurance aspects in demanding environment of agile techniques and leading team to successful delivery. In 2008 he earned Certified ScrumMaster certificate, and two years later he become Certified Scrum Professional. In his practice, Krystian took part in introducing Scrum into organizations and refining existing implementation increasing stakeholders satisfaction and rising team’s morale. In 2010 he received also Professional Scrum Master I certification signed by Ken Schwaber, becoming this way certified Scrum Master in both organizations, Scrum Alliance and Scrum.org

Currently Krystian works for the biggest publisher in the world and he is responsible for testing web applications, promoting software quality standards and as a ScrumMaster leading team to successful delivery of new functionalities using Scrum framework.
